Top ten tips for running a successful property business – Richard Blanco
Richard is a portfolio Landlord with properties across six London Boroughs. He is the London Representative for the National Landlords Association, writes for Property Investor News, produces and presents the NLA podcast Inside Property and presents House hunters International broadcast in USA and Canada. Particular interests are buying at auction, financial strategy and landlord/tenant relations.
At this month's pin meeting, Richard will run through what he sees as the essential building blocks for running a successful property business. From research to financial know how, people management skills, good solid business planning and surrounding yourself with the right team.

William Butterwick has been raising capital for real estate projects in Germany for the last 5 years. Using a series of structures including loan notes, bonds, funds, and Plc's, William has distributed products for developers through his global client base.
William has used his knowledge of the German real estate sector to help investors gain access to highly profitable Government defined listed building developments and new build projects across Germany's the seven major cities. Prior to working in financial services, William was a youth scholar at Blackburn Rovers football club and studied at Stonyhurst College.
