Most investors recognise that to purchase a property at a great price one of the best strategies is to buy from a motivated seller who needs to sell quickly. For these motivated sellers the speed and reliability of the sale is more important than achieving the full market price for the property. This means that you can get a great discount on the property and achieve tens of thousands of pounds of equity on the day you purchase.
Once you know how to do it, finding motivated sellers is relatively easy. The challenge is knowing what to say to the sellers such they are happy to sell the property to you at a discount rather than selling to anybody else. Essentially it boils down to you finding an ethical win win solution that works for everyone involved.
